Inspired by Gartner’s business intelligence maturity model, our experts conduct workshops to fully understand the analytical context of your organization. Identification of this level of analytical maturity is essential to define a standard of comparison and thus to be able to quantify the evolution of the analytical initiatives put in place. Do you do organizational strategy?

Although we are able to fully understand a strategic plan, our expertise is focused on analytical alignment. We leave it to other management consulting firms to set up organizational strategies. However, once this strategy and the objectives are in place, we will be able to support you on an analytical level to ensure the implementation of tools and strategies to help monitor the achievement of these objectives.

Do you have the expertise to create artificial intelligence models?

No, not at the moment. Our experts are experts in business intelligence. Business intelligence can be seen as the foundation before setting up customized artificial intelligence initiatives. We are therefore able to guide you on the right strategies for storing data, integrating data and aligning everything with your requirements for implementing an artificial intelligence solution. Maybe one day we will develop our own models, but for now we only integrate artificial intelligence solutions developed by Microsoft, Amazon and Google and focus on making you aware of your data and understanding them.

Why do you use the Gartner BI Maturity Model to determine the maturity level of the organizations you audit?

Gartner is an organization with international credibility, that’s the first reason. Moreover, the model that Gartner offers is split into 5 levels of maturity that are clear and easy to assess (with no gray area) thus making it possible to target a level of maturity without a lot of ambiguity. By reducing ambiguity, clear objectives can be developed to move the organization forward in its development. Finally, it is a model that focuses on people, processes and technologies (people, process, technology) at the same time, which other well-known models on the market do not offer.
